Terms and Conditions
We at AACHAA Travels, with our travel experts, dedicate ourselves to providing you with your Maldives travel consultancy for the best Maldives experience. Our established and experienced local teams operate at different atolls in the Maldives ensuring you the best travel options you seek. AACHAA Travels is registered in Maldives under Business Registration Act (Law No. 18/2014) in 2021. AACHAA Travels is under Aachaa Group Pvt Ltd. Our registered office is at G. Sofooraa Manzil, 1st Floor, Male’ City, Rep. of Maldives. We accept bookings subject to the following terms and conditions.
Payment Methods

Payment Requests will be generated using Bank of Maldives Merchant Portal or mPOS, that can be sent as a link to the customer via SMS, email and other online messaging and social media applications.

We use 3D Secure Payment via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Wechat, Union Pay, as well as digital wallets MobilePay, Ali Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay (in MRF/USD).
Payment Terms and Conditions

For couples or a group of 3 to 5 people, 50% of payment shall be done at the time of booking prior to 7 days of the time of arrival.

For a group of 6 people or more, 100% of payment shall be done at the time of booking prior to 7 days of the time of arrival.

During the peak season (23rd December to 7th January), for all the bookings 100% of payment shall be done at the time of booking prior to 10 days of the time of arrival.
Cancellation Policy

For all the bookings cancellation fee will not be charged if the booking is canceled 7 days prior to the date of arrival.

For all the bookings, a cancellation fee of 50% shall be charged if the booking is canceled after 7 days to the date of arrival.

For all the bookings, NO SHOW and cancellation within the stay shall be charged 100% of the total payment.

For all the bookings during the peak season (23rd December to 7th January) 100% shall be charged if the booking is canceled after 10 days to the date of arrival.
Complaints

All complaints to be recorded at the property prior to departure.

Properties will not entertain or respond to any new complaints received after check-out.
Consumer Data Privacy Policy
AACHAA Travels respects your privacy and only gathers information necessary to provide you with services you request. Without limitation, any of the following data may be collected by this website from time to time:

Name and nationality;

Contact information such as email addresses and telephone numbers;

Card and bank account details.
If you choose to pay by electronic card, you will be sent an official email which will be then directed to Maldives Payment Gateway of Bank of Maldives for you to enter your card details and the necessary processing. We will not be able to see, capture or store your card details and any other information you may enter at the Maldives Payment Gateway. All communication between AACHAA TRAVELS PVT LTD and the Maldives Payment Gateway are encrypted using the TSL/SSL protocol. Once the payment processing is completed (successfully or unsuccessfully) you will get a receipt from BML Payment Gateway.
Any of these data shall not be disclosed to any third party.
Once your payment is successful, you will get a detailed transaction of your purchase via our official email address. Customers shall retain a copy of transaction records and a copy of the Terms Conditions of AACHAA Travels.
Credit / Debit Card Information
Your Credit / Debit card payments are processed by BML Secure Payment Gateway. AACHAA TRAVELS PVT LTD does not collect or store any information regarding your Credit / Debit card . The cardholder shall retain a copy of the payment transaction records as a proof of payment.
Changes to Policy
AACHAA Travels reserves the right to change this policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by the law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the website and you are deemed to have accepted the Terms of any revised policy on your first use of the website following the alterations.
